    HOW LONG DO THE CARDS TAKE TO MAKE?

    After you place your order we need around 5-7 business days for card production and 5-7 business days for shipping.

    The time frame can vary if any delays occur or if we are in a busy period of the year. Weekends do not count towards the process as it's not a working day.

    We suggest to always order in advance if you need this for a special occasion.

     

    I WANT TO MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER

     We can only accept changes within 24 hours of placing your order. We recommend verifying the text entered when placing your order to assure there are no mistakes.
    Due to the customization of our products, we print your order with the information provided. If you realize you made an error please reach out to us immediately at info@cardbeasts.com, depending on the process your order is in there may be additional charges if a reprint is needed.

     WHAT IMAGES SHOULD I USE FOR MY ORDER?

    Here are some tips for choosing the best image for your card:
    • Your image should contain the person’s head, shoulders and chest. These should fill as much of the image as possible. 
    • Your image should be taken in good lighting if possible. 
    • Websites like Facebook, Instagram etc. reduce the quality of images when they store them online. Please use the original photo file wherever possible (from your phone or camera). 
    • The same applies for using screenshots.
    • Do not take pictures of physical photos and use them.
    If we notice your image is of poor quality, we will reach out to you via email. We’ll do the best we can with the image you give us but providing a suitable photo remains your responsibility.

    IM HAVING TROUBLE UPLOADING MY PHOTO

    First, check for pop-up messages that might identify the issue. If you are using a laptop or desktop computer, try clearing your cache and cookies or using a different browser. If you are using a mobile phone, please make sure the network is stable enough to upload a picture. We accept PDF JPG or PNG files. If you are still unable to upload, please contact customer service.

     

    WHAT SHOULD I DO IF DO NOT RECEIVE MY ORDER?

    We encourage you to track your order online, if the delivery timeframe has passed, please contact your postal carrier with the tracking number, as well as Card Beasts Customer Service. If your order is lost and your shipping address is correct and deliverable, we will arrange for a free replacement.

    Please remember…

    - Customers are responsible for stolen/ lost orders due to incorrect shipping information. So please make sure your address is correct and deliverable.

     

    CANCELLATION POLICY

    • Personalized items are one-of-a-kind, once your order has been submitted we will immediately begin the processing your order, so we cannot accept cancellations request after 24 hours of placing your order. 
    • We do not accept any returns or exchanges due to the custom nature of the product. If you believe you received a defective or damaged item, please reach out to Customer Service along with photos of your card and the packaging it came in, to assist you with a replacement.
    • CardBeasts.com reserves the right to make any amendments to this policy at any time. Notification of any changes will be published on this page.
